Overview
Jason Earley joined Hare Wynn in 2014 as the Managing Partner in Little Rock. Before joining Hare Wynn, Jason was a partner in a Little Rock firm recognized for handling complex litigation.
Jason has successfully represented individuals and small businesses in cases involving personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability, contract disputes, environmental litigation, and insurance coverage disputes. For example, Jason helped a young mother of an autistic child obtain a substantial confidential settlement in a surgical malpractice case, helped a central Arkansas county fair association fend off a lawsuit filed against it by millionaire real estate investors from Houston, helped a convenience store owner obtain a jury verdict against an insurance company that refused to cover a property damage claim, and helped a local accountant obtain a jury verdict in a breach of contract case involving the sale of a Pine Bluff accounting business.
Jason began his relationship with Hare Wynn many years ago when he served on the opposite side of an important lawsuit. Despite being opponents, Jason and Hare Wynn quickly developed a mutual respect based upon the shared belief that hard work is required to obtain the results the client deserves. Jason’s membership in Hare Wynn now allows him to focus his practice solely on the work he loves— helping individuals use the justice system to right wrongs.
Jason graduated with honors from Lyon College in Batesville, Arkansas and with high honors from the William H. Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas in Little Rock where he was a member of the Law Review and Trial Team. He was named one of the Mid-South’s “Rising Stars” by Super Lawyers (a Thomson Reuters company). He is an active member of the Arkansas Bar Association and serves on its House of Delegates. He published works in the UALR Law Review and the Arkansas Lawyer.
Outside of the practice of law, Jason serves his community as an Officer and Board Member of the Downtown Little Rock Kiwanis Club, which supports the Joseph Pfeifer Kiwanis Camp –a nationally recognized program providing mentoring and life skill training to at-risk children. Jason and his wife, Laura, have a three year-old son, Alston, and enjoy running marathons together.
